Oliver Hazard Perry (August 23, 1785- July 11, 1851) was an American naval officer, politician, the first Duke of South Kingston, and the fourth Prime Minister of the Union of Royal American States. Perry has become known as one of the most unpopular Prime Ministers in American history due to his political absolutism and his lack of concern for the Constitution. In his later years he served as an advisor to Andrew I and John I. His life was tragically cut short in 1851, when he was cut down by a Georgian sniper when visiting the frontlines during the Great War.
